Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges on skin care, swimwear and inner wear products, unless faulty. However, Barrel HK gladly accepts exchanges on unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective lifestyle and apparel purchased in our online store.
Return Policy: 14 days Return Period
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning an item shipped from getbarrel.com.hk:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchase it.
Items that have been purchased from getbarrel.com.hk can be returned to shipping address assigned by getbarrel.com.hk.
Any item purchased from getbarrel.com.hk must be returned in accordance with getbarrel.com.hk's returns and refunds policy.
Any item you return needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
We will not accept merchandise that's missing tags, worn, altered, or washed.
Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.

No return or exchange will be accepted for the following:
1. Merchandise damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective.
2. Broken, marked or damaged due to customer Example: contaminated by muddy water or mud, or damage by the use of slide in the water park
3. When a package is opened or damaged to result in a loss of product value, the product you have used, and the product that you have removed a tag Example: any traces of cosmetics (powder, eye liner, pearl, other contaminated substances (Except, such case shall be excluded that a package is destroyed to check the content of product.)

5. Items purchased at a retail store may not be returned to our online store.
